Since January 1, 2026, Amazon no longer offers prep and item labeling for FBA shipments in the US marketplace. But prep did not disappear. It moved to the seller, or to the partner the seller chooses to work with.
NDN Fulfillment provides FBA prep services for supplement, wellness, beauty, beverage, and pet supply brands. We label, kit, inspect, and forward your inventory to Amazon from a single FDA-registered facility in Oklahoma City.
Prep for consumables is not the same job as prep for general merchandise. Lot numbers, best-by dates, and retail barcodes already printed on the packaging all change how a unit is handled before it reaches Amazon.
Our Amazon FBA prep service covers:

Most CPG packaging already carries a retail UPC. Amazon needs to scan the FNSKU, not the UPC beside it. We apply FNSKU stickers over the existing barcode at unit level, so each unit scans as the listing it belongs to. Your retail packaging does not need a redesign to sell through FBA. You need a fulfillment partner with tested processes.
A multi-unit pack or product set has to arrive at Amazon as one sellable unit. We build those packs from inventory already in our facility through our kitting and assembly services. Inserts go into units or cartons exactly as your configuration specifies.

Inventory from other suppliers, or shipped in from overseas, is checked before it is prepped. We confirm that labels are applied straight and that the product matches what was ordered.
A problem caught at inbound is a correction. A problem caught at Amazon is a delay you no longer control.
After prep, inventory ships to Amazon palletized, loose-shipped, or as small parcel, depending on the size of the replenishment. We produce the shipping labels in-house.
Prep and shipping stay with one partner, so inventory does not change hands between the prep line and the carrier that takes it to Amazon.

Consumable inventory can arrive with part of its shelf life already used. Sending the wrong lot to Amazon spends more of it.

Many FBA prep providers treat a supplement like a phone case. The label is applied. The carton ships. But no one takes responsibility for the expiration date on the bottle.
At NDN, that responsibility is built into our custom workflow specially designed for consumables.

Splitting DTC and Amazon across two warehouses means two inventory pools, two sets of counts, and freight moving back and forth between them.
In our Oklahoma City FBA prep center we handle FBA and DTC orders alike through human-run pick and pack built for small parcels, one pound or less. That is centralized fulfillment: one location, one pool of stock.
As part of the Next Day Nutra family, brands that also manufacture with our group can move finished products from production into fulfillment inventory on the same campus, with no freight leg in between.
Our FBA prep solutions are built for CPG brands selling on Amazon, especially supplement, wellness, and beauty brands.

To set clear expectations, we are not the right fit for:
Hazmat of any kind
Highly perishable or short-dated products
General merchandise, such as household goods
We transitioned our general-merchandise clients to other providers to dedicate our operation to CPG brands. That specialization supports disciplined execution and long-term scale.
Amazon FBA prep services get inventory ready for Amazon’s inbound requirements. For CPG brands, that includes FNSKU labeling, bundling multi-unit packs, adding inserts, inspecting inbound product, and forwarding cartons to Amazon.
No. Since January 1, 2026, Amazon no longer offers prep and item labeling for US FBA shipments, including inventory routed through AWD, Amazon Global Logistics, Amazon SEND, and the Supply Chain Portal. Sellers now prep in-house or use a partner.
Yes. We apply Amazon FNSKU stickers over existing UPC barcodes at unit level. This is common for CPG brands whose packaging already carries a retail barcode, and it means packaging does not need to be reprinted for FBA.
Ask how the provider handles lot numbers, best-by dates, and FIFO, and whether they inspect inbound products. An Amazon prep service built for general merchandise rarely treats product dating as part of the prep job.
No. Our operation is built for consumables: supplements, nutraceuticals, wellness, beauty and skincare, shelf-stable food, beverage, and pet supplies. We do not handle hazmat, highly perishable products, or general merchandise.
Amazon handed prep back to sellers. Yet, the work still has to be done right.
NDN Fulfillment runs its FBA prep service from one FDA-registered facility in Oklahoma City, with FNSKU labeling, kitting, inspection, lot control, and carton forwarding in one place.
CPG brands are the core of our business, and we made room to take on new Amazon volumes. Maybe it’s time you work with a partner that really knows how to run your fulfillment processes.
