- Wave Picking and Throughput - Orders are grouped into waves so pickers cover the floor once rather than repeating trips order by order. High throughput comes from sequencing, not from cutting steps.
- Pack-Out and Quality Checks - Teams work to documented pack-out standards for each SKU and bundle configuration. Inserts, box mapping, and kit builds are specified by you, then checked against the order before the carton closes.
- Same-Day Dispatch from Oklahoma City - Orders received before 11 AM Central ship the same day. Our centralized Oklahoma City facility sits at the crossroads of I-40 and I-35, which places most US addresses within roughly two business days of the dock.
